Triple-A Sports 2018-2019 Courses

Triple-A Sports 2018-2019 Courses Triple-A Sports will start courses and activities on September 8th 2018. The instructional courses will include tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball and physical fitness. 2018-2019 there are total of 25 weeks, 12 in fall, 13 in spring, ending on April 13th. All courses and activities are offered every Saturday and Triple-A Sports Club members will continue to enjoy playing badminton, basketball, and volleyballat night.New to this year is the fitness and charm program; it introduces a variety of health and charm enhancers through proper posture and elegant walking technics. The dance classes will then create a harmonized flow of body movements for personal confidence building or to advance to live performances. Phoenix Dance School continues to provide junior dance programs, please call 438-878-8584 for more details. Montreal Qi Pao Association will also offer courses.
